The Empress Express June 25, 1925
COMMITTED SUICIDE
     ---
     The suicide death of Ed. Beckman, a section hand, in the employ of the Can. Pac. Rly., occured at Sharrow, Thursday, June 18.  Hanging was the means resorted to; deceased was 45 years of age and apparently had no relatives in this country.  Service was held in Empress, Friday and 2.30 by Rev. N. W. Whitmore.
